EXECUTIVE BIOS

KEN HARDIN

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)

With over 30 years of experience in the fibers and chemical industries, Ken Hardin oversees all the financial operations and strategic partnerships for HarVest Consumer Insulation, Inc. Mr. Hardin is a member of the Board of Directors for both HarVest CI and its other major shareholder interest, Cerex Advanced Fabrics, Inc. Previously, Mr. Hardin served as President and CEO of Western Nonwovens (WNI). Prior to WNI, Mr. Hardin was employed for over 20 years in the chemical, fiber and polymer industries with Celanese, Hoechst and Exxon Chemical. Mr. Hardin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee.

MATT SCHRANTZ

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)

Matt Schrantz holds the position of COO for HarVest Consumer Insulation, Inc. and is responsible for all day-to-day operations within the company, including technology innovation and marketing. Previously, Mr. Schrantz served as the Vice President and General Manager for the CLIMASHIELD division of Western Nonwovens (WNI), the North America Technical Director of Textile Fibers for KoSa and the Process Technology Manager for Hoechst Celanese. Mr. Schrantz holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wyoming and a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University.

BRIAN EMANUEL

GENERAL MANAGER (GM)

As GM, Brian Emanuel utilizes his background in technology and manufacturing to manage the operations and manufacturing processes for all CLIMASHIELD products. He serves as the main contact for insulation inquiries, participates in strategic planning and interfaces with customers. Prior to joining HarVest, Mr. Emanuel served as both the Director of Operations and Technology and the Technical Sales Director for CLIMASHIELD while employed with Western Nonwovens, Inc. He also previously worked for Hoechst Celanese and KoSa, honing his fiber development expertise. Mr. Emanuel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
